Form 2210 tax payment dates and carryforward wrong

2210 in desktop 2021 gives me wrong information about owing penalty.

It will not recognize application of prior year taxes, which should be in column a because irs says to consider those as a 4/15 payment.

i've seen lots of people mention this. I have seen nothing about it getting fixed.

I am able to override the entry to correct it, but TT says I have not completed the form.... will it stop me from filing with my overrides?

Do your prior year taxes appear anywhere on the 2210? (I agree it should appear in the first quarter).

Yes, It shows up on the federal Carryover worksheet, line 8a "Federal overpayment applied to next year estimated Tax" under the column for 2020.

It also shows up on the tax payments Worksheet for 2021 line 6 "Overpayments applied to 2021".

And it totals correctly as part of line 26 on 1040-SR "2021 estimated tax payments and amount applied from 2020 return."

But it does not appear on any line on the 2210? Like in the last column (instead of the first column)?
