Form 3800 don't have source K-1

I've been carrying forward passive activity loss since before 2010. The losses were from a S corporation I contracted with and held stock in. This year's form 3800 requires entries I do not have the K-1 for and the company went out of business years ago, so I cannot obtain copy. So, at a loss (no pun intended) as to whether to delete form 3800.

I am assuming these are carryforward credits if the business went out of business several years ago?

If so, do you have your form 3800 from last year to get the information from? You should be able to use that as it should have had the same credits last year as this year.

Yes, been carrying forward since before 2010. No, only 8582-CR which lacks the information needed for form 3800 this year. So, I just put it in on Part IV as zz (Other) from 2009.
