What should I do with the form 5498 with regard to Federal tax filing for 2023? It shows my contributions to my Roth IRA account. Is this information relevant to my tax filing?

You do not file form 5498 with your tax return. The copy you receive in the mail is for your records. It's for informational purposes only. You'll need this information to calculate your taxable income when you take distributions from your IRA.
