Form 56 Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship Part II Termination of Notice
I am preparing to file the final 1041 for my father's small estate and IRS publication 559 instructs to use form 56 to provide notice of termination concerning fiduciary relationship. There are no clear directions regarding how Part II, Section A is to be filled out when the termination is not a court order or involving a certificate of dissolution. The only other option is listed as "Other. Describe:" Does anyone know what information should be included in the "Other" description?
