Does Form 8453 get mailed in with a Federal return that is being mailed (not e-filed) to the IRS, or is it sent separately to the Austin, TX address? I have entered totals from a Form 1099-B into the Federal return, but I am not e-filing the Federal return.
Form 8453 is unneeded when mailing a tax return.
