In 2022 & 2023& 2o24 turbo tax Premier created form 8582-CR for 3 carry forward passive activity credits.
question: why did only TT 24 premier create form 5800’s ?? 5800 is reason return rejected. Is this a turbo tax programming issue ? Or should TT 22 and TT 24( premiers) have also produced form 5800? One of the two outcomes would appear to be programming error? Unless form 5800 triggered in program by age of credits?
