Form 8949 and 8960 for TurboTax Business 2020 CD

My TurboTax Business has flagged the 8949 and 8960 as not yet approved and with a big red "DO NOT FILE" on the form. I have received an email that says the forms were now available and to update my program. When I try to update, I get the message "Software is up to date" but no download of the new forms. I contacted the Support center twice and the folks there were very nice but could only verify that the forms were available on line and no idea why I couldn't download them to my installed program.

Any idea when they will be available for download/updating locally installed programs?
