"Form not available" for 3 weeks

I got my w2 mid January and I filed with my husband who isn't working.  It's a simple return, we don't own business or property and we claim no one.  But it has said waiting on a form to become available for weeks now, and it does not say what form, it is just blank.  I figured maybe I need to wait until February 12 however it STILL says form not available without telling me what form I am waiting on... I don't know what to do, I've tried multiple devices and cleared cookies/cache but it will not le me file.... Should I just try another service?  Or is this fixable? Without knowing what form is supposedly not available I am at a loss on what to do except try a different tax service.
