Form w-2g box 13 is not giving an option to add my state

box 13 for gambling is not giving me an option for my state

When entering a W2-G for Gambling Winnings, if there is no state shown in Box 13 on your document, leave it blank.

If there is a state shown in Box 13, (the two-letter State Code, such as NJ for New Jersey) enter what is on the form in TurboTax.

The income will flow into your Resident State Return, so if the state on the form is different than where you live, still enter what's on the form.

If State Taxes were withheld on your Form W2-G to a Non-Resident State, you will need to file a Non-Resident State Return.
