Free downloaded state tax is not been shown when using for another user return
I had downloaded one free state (Illinois).
When I am trying to file for another family member, it is not showing Illinois or any state return but asking to select one and when I select Illinois, it is asking to pay 45. I have never had this issue in the past.
A free downloaded state used to remain with that license and available to use if another family member return had to be filed.
Why is 2024 premier version asking to pay for same state again?
