French citizen living in USA 2019/20 - Impossible to retrieve account because no US phone number

Hi,

I am a French citizen who lived in the USA in 2019 and 2020. I filed my 2019 tax report using Turbotax, and I am willing to retrieve my account to submit my 2020 tax report.

Given that I am currently living in France, I no longer have access to my previous US phone number, which prevents me from confirming my identity while logging in. 

Even after verifying my account with my email address, I am prompted to verify through my phone number.

I also tried to verify my account following the longer process, which failed because the questions asked were totally irrelevant to me. 

As a last resort, I tried to submit an account recovery request to change the phone number associated with it. But the form won't let me put anything else than a US phone number...

Is there any way I can recover my account? I can prove my identity in any way, just not access a **bleep** US number.
