Frustrated that turbotax doesn't tell you their prices until you start

I've been a customer for 7 years, and still, there is a lack of price transparency. This does not build trust. Indeed, I only have stayed with them for records keeping reasons

    I hate that too that's why I don't refer people cause they'll say I thought you said it's free, or its this price you paid
