It depends- you have to complete your tax return to see if you will receive a refund- and it really depends on how much withholding you had. If you do not have withholding from your retirement, you may want to adjust your withholding or make estimated payments if you do owe at the end of the year.
The taxable amount of your social security is dependent on the total of your other income- your benefits may be taxable if the total of (1) one-half of your benefits, plus (2) all of your other income, including tax-exempt interest, is greater than the base amount for your filing status. ($25,000 if single/$32,000 if married). TurboTax can calculate the amount that is taxable and this will determine if you have a refund. @Jamhast
