Georgia state says that TurboTax did not file my schedule C correctly and has reduced my refund amount by over $700. How does this happen and what can I do about it?
My federal refund was filed, accepted and received. I filed my state at the same time and it was accepted the next day. I've waited over 12 weeks for processing and called Georgia for status. They said that I did not submit a schedule C and reduced my state tax refund by $700. There is a schedule C on my federal, but not my state? What can I do about this?
