Get transmission failed/ Failed Validation. There is an Is there a update available for your version of Turbo Tax. Where do I go to do this? technical hiccup.?

Another user was able to solve this by updating his Windows.

 

1. Updated my WINDOWS software. 

2. Rebooted computer. 

3. Installed TurboTax update that was not previously available before Windows update was completed.
