Getting the "Did your child under 24 earn any income?" screen but I do not have any children - what do I do?

You need to check how you input your data into TurboTax  by following these steps:

1. While you are in your Tax Home,
2. Select Personal Info,
3. Select Review/Edit,
4. Scroll down through this section,
5. You should be listed only once and there should be no other dependents listed,
6. If you are listed twice, delete the second one
7. you are listed only once, select Edit next to your name. 
8. Review the data to make sure you are correctly listed in here.

If what you originally entered is correct, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government,  some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. If this is the case, go ahead and file a paper return.
