Glitch in the system?

I have been a TurboTax user for many years. I'm not upset, but I do feel like I need to alert someone to a glitch in the system. In trying to file both my Federal and state tax returns, the system needed me to manually enter my taxable income into my state Schedule C before I could proceed with filing either my Federal or state returns. However, I have no way of seeing/knowing that number until after I actually file my Federal return and am able to then download the actual tax forms. I didn't know what else to do to be able to proceed, so I just used that same number ($0) that has been my taxable income for several years now... which of course ended up being wrong as soon as I filed and could see my numbers. Now I'll have to amend my state return at the first opportunity. I just feel like there has to be a way for TurboTax to input that number for me, or for me to be able to see it before I have to guess.

After you have paid for your return but before you file it the system will allow you to view the forms as they are going to be submitted.  This is a good opportunity to check your work before you send it in.
