You are posting from the Self Employed version which is currently $119.99 + tax ... if you didn't want this version then you (a) should have not upgraded to it or (b) switched back to a lower version prior to payment. Once you pay there is no refunds when using the Online program. Do you remember upgrading, being told why you had to upgrade and agreeing to upgrade? You had to do so if you had 1099-misc income and expenses to deduct from that income.
