Got Hacked while using TurbTax 2017

Hello all,

I used TurboTax 2017 and finished on 13Oct18. Needed help and went to turbotax.com/support and immediately received an alert that my computer was compromised. I shut it down, but it was too late. The hackers got one of my files (normally password protected) which has everything about me in it - it was open at the time in WordPerfect.

They have stolen my identity and it is taking a lot of time to sort things out.

Any help would be appreciated - send email to [email address removed] - they have wiped all my email accounts except this one.
