Question

got review question alimony on Form 1040 wrksheet. I'm taxpayer/received alimony but keeps asking amount Spouse alimony received. not sure how to fix review question

isn't is asking how much YOU received? did you receive alimony? it is not asking how much your former spouse received.

 

hopefully it also asked when  the divorce occurred.  Alimony payments related to post 2018 divorces are not tax deductible nor are they income to the recipient.
