"Greetings to all! It has been 21 days since I submitted my e-file, and I continue to receive the same message on IRS2Go: 'Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. For more information about processing delays, please see our Refund Frequently Asked Questions. Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or visit the Refunds page on IRS.gov. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day.'

I kindly request advice on the appropriate steps to take. It is noteworthy that I have checked the transcript, and it displays N/A.

Thank you sincerely! Best regards!"

Yes, the appropriate step to take is wait for further updates.

If the IRS wants you to do something to complete the processing of your return, they will mail you a letter asking for a specific action.
