i am a federal retiree and get a CSA 1099 instead of a SSA1099.  My benefits verrification shows nothing paid by SSA. no benefits, no bbenefits repaid and no voluntary fed income ttax withheld.  Do i leave the section on SSA1099 blank and/or can i input thee amount paid for medicare part B premium?

You do not enter a CSA-1099-R in the Social Security section of the program.  It is entered in the Form 1099-R section.

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

On the screen Did you get a 1099-R in 2020? Click on Yes

On the next screen click on Continue

On the screen Let's import your tax info Click on Change how I enter my form

On the screen How do you want to add your 1099‑R? Click on Type it in myself

Select the CSA-1099-R form.  Enter your form as received.  Continue with this section until it completes.
