That is normally a credit card card issue where the amount shows more than one time, but the duplicates will fall off after a day or two.

There's another possibility if your bank account was unexpectedly debited.

Instead of paying upfront when filing, did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? And if so, has your refund been delayed several weeks (or reduced) at the IRS? If that's your situation, after so many weeks, TurboTax would ask you to go ahead and pay the fees, or else it would debit your bank account for its fees.
