Has anyone been successful importing It's deductible data into TurboTax. When contacting TurboTax I was told to manually enter the information.

Is this how you are trying to import:

From the Left side menu select Tax Tools choose "Tools"
pop up screen "Tools Center"
select "Topic List"
Your Deductions & Credits
"Tax Breaks"
scroll down to "Import ItsDeductible Online".

No, I followed the instructions on the program.

"What did you donate?" Selected items. Then "How do you want to value your deductions?" I chose "Guide me". Then "Enter the date you donated items". I entered the date 04/05/2024 (I have a print out from Its deductible) and nothing is transferred. There are no solutions in the look-up and when I talked with a rep I was told to manually add my deductibles. Not fun.

@CatinaT1 's steps are the correct steps to use. Manually entering your deductions defeats the purpose. I can see why you'd be annoyed.

No I was not successful and decided to print and download details from ITS DEDUCTIBLE and have an accountant do my taxes. Entirely too frustrating!
