Has anyone had a problem with Turbo Tax calculating their State Tax Return incorrectly?

Miscalculated my NM Adjusted Gross Income (I think) and my Medical Expenses Deductions. How can I get them to fix it?

We in the Community cannot see your tax return nor the screen you are on.

Why do you think your NM Gross Income was miscalculated and your medical expense deduction, too?

They didn't show my secondary health insurance premium and my dental, insurance premiums as a deduction on the State PIT form and they are allowed as deductions even if we use the Federal Standard deduction. That's a large deduction each year so I think it would help me. So, I'm wondering if there's an error in the programming. Thank you.
