We have received notification that they have been updated.  To file taxes in Maryland in conformity with the American Rescue Plan Act, Form 502-LU (just added this year) is required, either for an original filing or an amended return.  While we have been advised that the form is available, please make sure your program is properly updated, and if it still is not reflecting, then wait a few more days for the updates to take effect.

Thank you so much! It seems to be reflecting the change.  However still giving the message that it hasn't been updated and to wait.  I think the message is possibly still a glitch and that all is well.  However Just to make sure I will wait a couple more days.

You're welcome.  The changes should be fully reflected soon.  Thank you for your patience as we work through a challenging season of many last-minute changes.
