Have my taxes done they asked me about a free credit score they don't have a place to say NO even though i don't want one I WANT THIS DONE

Just to clarify, are you not seeing a decline button? You may need to try decreasing the size of your screen just in case that is the reason why you cannot see the decline offer button. For example, if your screen is at 150%, try to reduce it to 100%.
