You can go to the Account Recovery tool page I provide below, but do NOT use the tool.  Leave the data field blank since you no longer have the same phone number and email address.

Underneath the tool is a small blue link that says "Try Something Else".  Click on that link, and it will look you up in a different way using SSN and other parameters.

NOTE:  Before going to the page at the link below, be sure you clean up your browser like this:

Log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

When you are back in your account, update your account settings/profile.   To do that go to the left column menu and click on Intuit Account.
