If you received Social Security payments in 2021, the Social Security Administration should have sent you the SSA-1099 form showing how much you received. If you didn't get it or lost it, you can use this site to find it online: https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/replacement-SSA-1099.html#:~:text=A%20Social%20Security%201099%20or,Security%20in%20the%20previous%20year.

If you receive Social Security and you haven't received an SSA-1099 you should contact Social Security.

For general Social Security inquiries, call toll-free at 1-800-772-1213 or 1-800-325-0778 (TTY) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. They can answer most questions over the phone. If you have a problem or question, try the toll-free telephone number first.  Social Security Administration Or contact your Local Social Security Office
