I have a rental in my home in which I also live.  I pay a quarterly 4% Hawaii General Excise Tax on the rents collected.  The rental is 34% of my house.  This tax is a direct expense attributed 100% to the rental expense.  I can't find the place to enter this tax in Premiere such that it won't be apportioned at 34%.

You can enter it under Other Taxes but you will have to do the math. Take the amount you paid and divide by 0.34 and enter that number so the program will divide to the full amount. Your forms will be correct.
