Health Insurance sections says since someone else can claim you on their 2016 return you do not need to complete Health Insurance.

Health Insurance sections says since someone else can claim you on their 2016 return you do not need to complete Health Insurance. When I do the federal review it comes up with an error that I have not completed the Health Insurance section. I go back there and it says the same thing as above. Just keep going back and forth. I have done all of the updates and closed and reopened the program. Any advice??

Figured it out!! Go back to Personal Info section and uncheck the box stating that they can be claimed on another persons tax return. Then go to health insurance tab and answer the questions, press continue/next. Then run error check and you should be out of loop now. Now go back to Personal Info and correct the claim dependent information back. Run Smart check and it should all be fixed.
