I had insurance from healthcare.gov but my dependent had insurance from another source. Do I need to enter any of his health insurance info or just my own?

If your son's health insurance was not a Marketplace plan, you merely indicate that he had insurance (or for what months). You do not enter policy information or anything like you need to do for a 1095-A. Indicating that he had it is the most you need to do in the Health Care tab.

If you had deductible expenses related to his insurance, they are entered under Deductions and Credits- Medical.
