Hello can I file as a non-filer to receive the stimulus if my Fiancé already claimed me as a dependent?

If I cannot file as a non-filer will they go off my 2018 taxes or will I not receive anything?

The IRS has said that they will use the 2018 returns if you had not filed the 2019.

If you were claimed as a dependent on someone else's return, you are not eligible for a stimulus payment.  The non-filer portal is not for people claimed as a dependent by someone else
