Hello, I cannot get into my account. I have completed the taxes and I am stalled because it will not allow me to get into intuit or cancel. HELP

HELP. I cannot move forward with processing my tax return.  It has stalled with my not being able to remember the password.  Now it will not allow me to get out from that screen.
