Hello,I created an account to get access to a previous tax year but am still having an issue downloading the document. Can you please assist?

In order to access a return you filed using TurboTax online, you'd need to use the same account (same username and password) that you used when filing the return.  You won't be able to access it using a new account.  In fact, having more than one account is not advised, as users get them mixed up.  The best advice is to use one account and stick with that one.

If you've forgotten the login info that you used when preparing the return, you can use the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below to find out how many TurboTax accounts you have.  Hopefully, you'll be successful in locating your return.
