Question

Hello, I have been covered by insurance through my employer. I see a section in turbo tax asking me to fill 1095 A, I never received a form for that?

If you do not have a 1095A then you say NO that you do not have one.    A 1095A is only for having marketplace insurance (Obamacare).   If you did not have that kind of health insurance you do not have anything else to say except that you do not have a 1095A.
