Click your name in My Info and go through the screens to see if you accidentally said that you were married in 2021.

In the information at the beginning of the program it asks if you were married in 2021. This means what was your marital status on December 31 of 2021.

Example: If you were divorced prior to December 31, then you should check "single" as your status for the year when the program asked for personal information. You can correct that by going back to the beginning screen.
