Hello I'm living outside of USA, I would like to know if it is possible to use the Turbotax service from outside the USA in order to do my taxes ?

You can use TurboTax to prepare your federal and/or state returns from anywhere that has internet access. But you do have to pay your TurboTax fees using a U.S. based credit card. The IRS will not issue a direct deposit to a foreign bank for your refund--they will only mail a check.
