Hello, I purchased turbotax premier and was told it includes expert assistance, but I can't find an entry point. Can you advise?

If it doesn't include, can I upgrade it to the option that includes expert assistance?

Thank you for clarifying. How do I upgrade from TurboTax CD to TurboTax online with Expert Regiew support? I have been trying and can’t find an entry point.

Sorry, To use the Online version you would have to start over in a new online return and pay for Online separate from the Desktop program. You can't apply the Desktop CD/Download purchase to Online. Then try to get a refund for the Desktop program.

If you used the Desktop program last year here’s How to transfer into the Online version. You need to have the prior year .tax2021 file on your computer. Expand the link if you used the CD/download last year........
