I would check the state withholding from your W2 box 17. Maybe you missed entering the decimal point. Or on any 1099 forms box 12.

If you fix the W2 or 1099 on the federal side then start the state over for it to update. Click on the state tab.

Edit a W2 under

Federal Taxes on the left side

Wages & Income

Then Wages and Salaries- Click the Start or Update button
