Hello, was the amount I owe to NC paid through my e-file? At the end of the process, this program gave me a D-400V payment voucher. I thought I paid money to have it done

Remember this for future years (though I guess NC could change their policy in the future)

While a debit-payment can be arranged with a Federal e-filing...It is not possible to arrange to pay NC thru your TurboTax e-filing.
...NC doesn't allow anyone to pay with their E-file.
......You must either send a check in the mail using a D400V voucher form.
or...........you arrange a direct debit..or CrdtCd payment using the NC payment website:
