HelloWhy do I have to pay $69 for federal filing. When I'm not getting nothing back.

The TurboTax fee is for using the software to prepare your tax return. It has nothing to do with whether you get a refund. The fee for using the software is the same, whether you get a refund or have a payment due.

    If your AGI is $73,000 or less you can probably use one of the  IRS Free File  options for totally free filing.
