Help cannot bypass Turbo Tax page asking for state tax payment. Paid already via credit card online

Is it to pay the state tax due OR to pay the Turbo Tax fees? Did you pay the state tax due directly online on the State's website? For a state tax due say you will mail a check. Then your online credit card payment will match up to your return.
