Form 8962 - Premium Tax Credit is automatically generated by TurboTax software after you have entered the Form 1095-A you received. 

 

To enter your 1095-A, please follow these steps:

  1. In the Search box at the top right of your screen, type 1095-a and click the magnifying glass.
  2. In the search results, you will see Jump to 1095-a.  Click this link--it will take you to the entry screen for the form.
