Help! My Desktop Turbotax 2018 Software wants me to re-activateit but there's no code in the CD-Rom Box, on the back of the flirt, on the back of the CD or anywhere!
I looked for an email confirmation from 2019 but I have nothing. I don't recall ever receiving confirmation by email because I purchase the retail desktop version.
Somehow it was activated back in 2019, I don't know when tey started the Activation Codes, but I was able to install, complete my Return, and submit it by e-File in 2019!
Why am I being asked NOW to re-activate it? I need to revisit my return and yes, the software, and haven't I already payed for that right?
