Question

Help my taxes won't e file. I've done everything correctly and the message says can't e file due to one or more formsets?

Help, heres my error code.
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
