Help with taxes, just bought a condo

I have done my taxes with your program for many years, now I am retired and have a rental unit....I need some help.....need to talk to someone soon so I can explain my problem soon...its almost time to file.....if you cannot help me, I will have to go somewhere where they can do my taxes and then I will not need you anymore??
