Hey it’s my first time tax file can anyone guide me for free ?

There are two ways to file for free with TurboTax. The first, IRS Freefile as delivered by TurboTax, is only open to taxpayers who meet certain qualifications. The other, TurboTax Free Edition, is for taxpayers who have simple returns. If your return requires forms not in Free Edition, then you will be asked to upgrade.

If you meet the qualifications, you may be able to use the IRS Freefile as delivered by TurboTax, a free filing service provided by TurboTax in partnership with the IRS.

As for guidance, TurboTax offers TurboTax Live (which is not free) as a service in which you can contact credentialed tax professionals, show them your return, and ask them questions.
