Hi How do i go back and add my parent as a dependent on my federal?

You can do that if you have NOT e-filed and if your parents really are qualifying relatives that you can claim.

 

Read the criteria and make sure they can be claimed.  You will not get stimulus money for claiming them.  You do not get it for adult dependents--only for children under the age of 17.  You "get" a $500 credit for claiming them.  And they do not get stimulus money if they are claimed.
