Solved

Hi. I am wanting to use TurboTax to file for years 2000-2003. Is that possible? If so, what is the proper procedure?

TurboTax does not support those tax years.  The only tax years currently supported are 2013 thru 2016.

You can get free federal forms, schedules and instructions from this IRS website - https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html

Can I ask why you want to file those years?

It is way too late to get a refund, and the IRS rarely wants anything older than 6-10 years.

Not possible with TT   ... you will need to use a paid preparer, paper forms or find a do it yourself program that still has those programs available.

It is way too late to get refunds for those years and beyond the usual IRS statue of limitations so why do you need to file those returns ?

They filed for me and have me owing a TON so needing to file to offset their projections. And, yes, life happened between then and now...
